Problem Statement:
A small consignment shop is in need of a system to manage the inventory of
their store. In a single software package they will need the ability to
handle in-store transactions, manage inventory and create reports. Lack of inventory oversight can cause a
buildup of inefficiencies within the repository that slows operations and
increases costs. Without an automated system, companies often don’t know what
they have in stock, causing inaccuracies. Pickers take longer to find the items
to ship, which slows the loading process.
